The Volkswagen Life and Škoda Šmart apps have undergone a significant transformation, featuring a fresh modern design and a range of new features that offer unparalleled convenience at your fingertips.

 

Streamlined ownership

The new apps empower Volkswagen and Škoda owners to efficiently manage their vehicles. Primary and secondary owners can effortlessly schedule services, utilise service credits, and redeem vouchers through a single shared account, managed on behalf of the primary owner. 

 

Registering your vehicle model unlocks access to service credits and appointment bookings from anywhere, while automated reminders work diligently to ensure you never miss essential service appointments, inspections, or insurance renewals, thereby conserving your time and finances.

 

Exclusive offers and vouchers

Customers can expect to receive personalised offers, vouchers, and enticing aftersales packages through the app, ensuring the best deals for their vehicles. Redeeming service vouchers is as simple as a quick scan. What's more, our automated reminders keep you updated on the latest model-specific promotions.

To sweeten the deal, new app users receive an exclusive voucher, granting them a 10% discount on aftersales accessories or services.

 

 Seamless service centre experience

The mobile app streamlines the service centre experience. Users can expedite the check-in process by using a QR code upon arrival, bypassing registration lines and ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Miracle makeover

For those looking to start the new year with a fresh coat of paint, Volkswagen Group Singapore introduces the Miracle Makeover programme. This programme includes a full car respray, available in the same or a different colour, as well as minor bodywork repairs that meet factory standards. The  package also includes a five-year paint warranty, with prices starting at just $2,800. The Miracle Makeover promotion is valid from 1 December 2023 to 31 March 2024.

 
Seamless service centre experience

For those not seeking a new coat of paint yet desiring a showroom finish, Volkswagen Group Singapore is also offering a $20 discount on all grooming packages, covering the removal of surface contaminants, removal of tar and grime, polishing and paint protection to thorough cleaning and conditioning of the interior. Prices for the grooming packages start from as low as $168, available from 1 December 2023 to 10 February 2024.

Embark on a worry-free journey

As year-end road trip plans come into focus, Volkswagen Group Singapore is pleased to introduce a limited-time promotion aimed at enhancing the preparation process. When customers service their vehicles, they will receive a complimentary pre-travel inspection check, ensuring a worry-free journey.  For those seeking a standalone inspection, a special rate of only $50 (previously $128) is available. This exclusive promotion is available until 31 December 2023, providing an excellent opportunity forVolkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, and CUPRA owners to ensure their vehicles are in optimal condition for their upcoming journeys.

Extended assistance around the clock

Volkswagen Group Singapore is pleased to announce its extended roadside assistance programme, reaffirming its commitment to customer care beyond the warranty period. All Škoda vehicles under warranty already enjoy full roadside assistance coverage, and this commitment now extends to post-warranty vehicles.

For a mere $150 (formerly $196) over a two-year period, owners can access an all-encompassing extended roadside assistance package. This offering ensures that owners can rely on prompt and reliable support, anytime and anywhere, in the event of vehicle accidents or breakdowns. Key services included in the extended roadside assistance package comprise a complimentary dispatch of a dedicated roadside assistance team and free towing to Volkswagen Group Singapore's service centre in the event of accidents or vehicle breakdowns. The service available island wide in Singapore (except Jurong island) and in peninsular Malaysia.
